Verify DKIM

Verify your Domain Name before you start sending emails to ensure a high sender’s reputation. This helps your emails to get delivered right into your customer’s inbox.

You can also, click on ‘Domain Settings’ from the dropdown under your name:

Click on ‘View Details’. Add your Domain Name to start off:

Provide your email address and click on ‘Send Verification Email’ to receive the verification email

Create a TXT record for the value displayed in the DKIM setting

Click on ‘Verify My Domain’ received on your email to verify your domain name.

Set up the DKIM in your Domain Server

Sign in to your management console where DNS is being managed for the particular domain. Open the page to manage the domains and update the DNS records from the DKIM Settings

Select the TXT record in domain control panel using the variables of name and values.

Record Type: TXT
Hostname: sctrans._domainkey
Time to Live (TTL): You can enter 3600 or leave it as blank

Value/Answer/Destination: Click on ‘View DKIM Settings’ and enter the value that is shown

Click on ‘Save’ and wait for 24 hours to update globally your records.

Verify SPF Records

Set Up the SPF in your Domain Server.
Check if you already have the SPF record in your domain control panel, then you need to include and update our SPF value into your current record. The SPF record begins with v=spf1.

To see the name and value you need to create the TXT record, in the console
Go to SendClean panel: Domain Settings Sending Domains View SPF settings

Set Up the SPF in your Domain Server in Management Console

If you don’t have any existing SPF record in your domain then create the TXT record in domain control panel with the help of the below variables:
Record Type: TXT
Name/Hostname/Alias: Enter @ or leave it blank. Your other DNS records might indicate which entry is correct.
Time to Live (TTL): You can enter 3600 or leave it as blank

Value/Answer/Destination: Click on ‘View SPF Settings’ and enter the value that is shown Once you’ve entered all the details and run the test, your SPF record shows verified:

Look Up SPF Record in the MXToolBox

You can use MXTOOLBOX to start with. Click on https://mxtoolbox.com/
Enter your Domain Name and click on MxLookup. In the drop down, select SPF Record Lookup and press Enter.

Once the test is finished, You will get your SPF results

Verify Tracking Domain Records

Set up the TRACKING DOMAIN in your Domain Server.

Sign in to the management console where DNS is being managed for the particular domain and open the page to manage the domains and update the DNS records. To see the name and value you need to create CNAME record, in the console.
Go to SendClean Panel: Domain Settings Tracking/Return-Path Domains View details

Create the CNAME record in domain control panel using the variables of name and values.
Hostname: delivery
Value: Click on ‘View Track Settings’ and enter the value that is shown
Record Type: Cname

If you don’t have any existing SPF record in your domain then create the TXT record in domain control panel with the help of the below variables:
Record Type: TXT
Name/Hostname/Alias: Enter @ or leave it blank. Your other DNS records might indicate which entry is correct.
Time to Live (TTL): You can enter 3600 or leave it as blank

Value/Answer/Destination: Click on ‘View SPF Settings’ and enter the value that is shown Once you’ve entered all the details and run the test, your SPF record shows verified:

Save the Records.

Track records are verified once you have entered all the details.

Use MXTOOLBOX to verify your Track Record. Click on https://mxtoolbox.com/
Enter your track.Domain name and click on MxLookup. In the drop down, select CNAME Record Lookup and press Enter.

Click on ‘Sending Defaults’ and enter the following details:

  • Custom Tracking Domain
  • Custom SPF/ DKIM Signing Domain
  • Return Path Domain
  • Custom Sending Domain

Click on 'Save'
